Things You Can Run Through by Sarah Beth Hopton

You can run through heat.
You can run through pain.
You can run through fear.
You can run through laziness.
You can run through the critic that says, "it's too hot, you hurt, you can't do this, you don't even want to."
And when you do,
When you make it to the other side,
When you have written, as Hemingway said,
There's nothing quite so sweet.
Shakespeare said it best:
"Now bid me run, and I will strive with things
Impossible."
