If you give a pig a pancake by Skitz Ø

This task was pretty simple for me. Cincinnati has a number of fine parks (Props to Hamilton County Park District) around us. The one I had to visit today is their answer to city slicker kids with no exposure to rural farms; Parky's Farm.
I was planning on making pancakes but when I went to search for the mix I found it gone. I probably should have checked that earlier. Taking the easy way out, I remembered I needed to cash my paycheck and near Parky's is an IHOP. Problem solved

So fifteen minutes later (they were somewhat slow but I did get to meet two gentlemen in stetsons) I was on the road again now with a bag of four pig goodies.

Warm pancakes smell oh so delicious and they almost never made it there. Self control prevailed, despite them sitting in the passenger seat taunting me.

I arrived with the p-cakes and found this blaring sign telling me to do the complete opposite of what I was here to do.

My desire to make a pig's day overruled my desire to follow the law, unsurprisingly. I liked this sign a bit more. It's nice to know who I'm feeding

At'll Do Grace was busy napping. The poor thing looked lonely with no one to play with. I didn't want to wake her so I figured I'd just leave her the pancake, take a pic of the two next to each other and be on my way.

As fate would have it my willy nilly throw landed on Grace, accidently, and woke her up. At first she was quite confused as to what had landed on her ample belly

After a minute or two of searching for the offender she found it and after a few sniffs and tastes munched it down.

She looked at me with pleading eyes. She wanted more no doubt. So I pulled another from my hoodie pocket and tossed it in.

This one she ate in a single bite

A park ranger started my way so I figured it was time to scaddadle. I walked away to take some pics of other animals, look like I wasn't there to feed a pig. When I came back the ranger was still there so I took a pic of the pancaked pig napping once more and went on my merry way.

On my way out I saw a gaggle of geese. I figured that while I was feeding animals breakfast foods I might as well let them in on the fun. I tossed the last two out the window and headed home.

Why, thank you. I have a feeling the ranger would not have felt the same.

Aww! Yay for animals getting breakfast foods. I'm positive that pig didn't mind being woken up with a pancake.

Waking the pig up by throwing a pancake on it is funny. The napping pig looks actually like it would take more than a pancake to make it move so: Well done!
