To Hit A Moving Target by Soren THREEdux

November 3rd, 2008 10:53 PM

INSTRUCTIONS: First, check this task's praxis.

1. Locate the most recent completion (careful, they're sorted by score, not date).
2. At the end of the most recent completion, you will find the description of a new task.
3. Complete that task, and submit the proof here.
4. If someone else submits a completion of the task before you, then you may not submit a completion of the same task. If you attempt to do so, your proof will be flagged out of existence by fellow players. You may, of course, include your disqualified proof as an addendum to a valid completion of a new task.

At the end of your proof, you must describe a new task. It should meet these requirements:

1. It can be completed in any geographical region, in 24 hours, for less than the cost of a sandwich.
2. It does not duplicate an existing (active or retired) SFZero task. Un-scored tasks are fair game.

IT HAS BEGUN.

Normally this rain water would make me very happy. I am currently saddened by it, because I can't play in it (especially not when it's falling...wet casts are no fun!). So I found some of the collected stuff, and turned it blue.

NEXT: Fold an origami crane. Give it to someone you don't know.

Impromptu Birdbath?

Or pool of woe?

Why don't they make casts waterproof, with adequate drainage for water play!? The agony!

I blue myself.

I blue myself.

There has got to be a better way to say that...

Susy! You're a piggy bank now? Thank you for the award, I really like it!

FrenchAgricultureAward1876.jpg

This a French agricultural medal from 1876, awarded in honor of the cauliflower you found me.

Hey, thanks, I'm glad you liked the Romanesco! The medal is gorgeous.
Yes, I'm a piggybank because I'm not using vote-points this Era, but I already have a bunch and I figured that if someone needs vote-points I could vote in his/her behalf... Let's see how that goes.

Wow. That was FAST. Nice.

What is that thing, anyway? Pottery filled with pottery and topped with bricks?

It actually IS an impromptu birdbath. My Mom put the cinderblock pieces in the dish to keep it from falling off the giant pot that it sits atop.
