i know someone who was arrested for eating on BART last week. i laugh at him every chance i get.
Can this be expanded to "Enjoy a delicious picnic on your local public transportation"?
Darn it, why couldn't this have been up not two days ago when I was riding the bus into town with Pip? We would totally have done this! We had a waistcoat and top hat and monocles and everything! Although no tea set.
Ah, you will just need to figure out how to enjoy a delicious picnic without consuming food or beverages. Or be very sneaky. Good luck!
Sneaky is the way to go. I managed to do this on BART and it was not legal there either, but we managed to pull it off.
It isn't legal here in Chicago either, and we were in no possible way sneaky about it. They just don't care - I eat breakfast on either a train or bus at least four days a week. Maybe you should try to do it in another city?

i once saw a lady thoroughly enjoying Burger King on BART - she had a large drink, extra large fries spread out on the seat next to her and a fat burger in hand- she even took her shoes off just for the occasion and were resting them on the seats across from her.
hahahahaha - you know what i meant
i'm sure you know the unpleasantries that most certainly occur when feet are cramped up in barely-breathable shoes for the majority of the day :P
