Braw at canlyn.
I thought that that was Klingon at first.
If you're in Wales, go for installing English/Spanish signs.
that picture is really cute: very elastic expression: you look like a muppet: which is a very high compliment. :)
I am sure many people are aware of my love for the Welsh language so I wrote this task hoping it would be accepted and completed. I then noticed the Level Zero event and have decided to claim this task in the name of Level Zero.
The Welsh Language Act requires all signs in Wales to feature both English and Welsh and a large campaign has been mounted called "Ble Mae'r Gymraeg" which is Where is the Welsh? It sticks posters on signs which do not comply with the act. A recent campaign has been against Tesco and other supermarkets.
I printed off 14 posters and then set out on my trusty bike Gorbachev to campaign for Welsh language recognition. It just so happens I live about 250 miles from the Welsh border and myself and my Welsh science teacher from high school, Mr Getvolsden are the only people I know here who speak Welsh. Never mind.
I targeted signs in my local area and here are some photos to indulge your eyes.

The sign on the bike is my favorite, followed by the sign on the crosswalk button.
Haha, the bike is actually mine, his name is Gorbachev. I love my bike. I still have that poster on there, I think I might make it semi-permenant.

I love that the trolleys have instructions on them- how many instructions do you really need?
'grab handle- push.' It's not like it's heavy machinery.
I love that the shopping carts have instructions on them- like, dude, how many instructions do you really need?
'grab handle- push.' It's not like it's heavy machinery.
I went to Tesco today, to shop and on my walk there all the signs were still up, rain-worn but up.
Well, if you're the sort that needs help with the instructions on a cart, then it's probably best you seek help. As the sign suggests.
By the way, Anna 1, I like that you translated your text into Californian.

The signs on the trollies basically say "Don't climb in it", "Don't ram it into a ditch when piled 7ft high with soil".

Heh, love the B&Q posters! And that you translated into chav-speak =P
I almost moved to Cardiff for the sole reason of learning Welsh. I loved hearing the trains come in and hearing the announcer speak in Welsh.

In order to campaign for bilingual Welsh/English signs in downtown Beverly Hills, the two goals we operated under were to inform and to guide the process. This consisted of posting flyers containing our political purpose and goals, and suggested amen...

Every year, geeks in the Twin Cities (and some from further away) gather in the Sheraton South hotel for CONvergence, a sci-fi convention held every 4th of July weekend. This year we rocked it nerdcore for 4 killer days because it was CONvergence's 1...
