What other group would the police join? Unless it's Bart police.
this seems like it should be more than 15 points
How do you convince a cop to work with you on this when they have there normal duties to do. and even if you could 15 points? I mean come on
this task needs some serious maintenance.
why is this a HC task? that seems limiting.
