so... go make and launch a bunch of satellites? Hmm.
But judging from the picture here, I think it's suppose to mean those playground fortune tellers made out of paper. They're like a sort of... grabber mouth thing... with numbers on the outside, colors on the inside, and messages written under the inside flap.
You'd pick a number, and then open and close the thing in alternate directions that many times. Then you'd pick a color from the inside, and that would somehow determine which flap to lift up. Underneath would be some sort of fortune.
Ahh, nostalgia.
I think I just always called the thing a "fortune teller", but according to The Internet, it looks like it's also sometimes known as a "cootie catcher" or "salt cellar". (The latter because the original purpose was apparently to hold spices.)

I think we're meant to interpret what a Dream Box is for ourselves. And I would hope that all who complete this would make them awesome enough to merit a 75 point price tag.

Dolores park with Spinney at one in the afternoon as the passers by passed by, we hawked our service, a recording of a dream for posterity. The pedestrians were our pals, they were simply asked to select one of the six receptacles and place a dream within it...
Few accepted such a simple challenge, but those that did were the real interesting folk, the types with tattoos of abracadabra triangles and a look in their eyes that just screamed adventure.
