Does one simply need to find said dream. Or does one need to somehow interact with and|or add to said dream?
Also, should manifest destiny, stepford wives, suburbia, or Norman Rockwell in any way be involved? Is this the normative white male american dream, or might one take into account race|gender|class differences for a more diverse interpretation of said dream?
Might I suggest a possible cross examination of the various American Dreams existing within said America.
