This isn't supposed to be an "easy" task. It's easy to spend time with someone your own age, and it's not something that will necessarily give you something to reflect upon. The twenties are an age that often allow one a lot of isolation and ignorance for the perspectives of other ages of humanity. You can easily talk to someone in their 50s or 60s, if you think about the people you encouter daily, or even occasionally. Go into a shop when it's not busy, or visit a nursing home and play cards with a resident.
Probably this task should have been worth more than 15 points, but it is what it is, and addresses the humanitarian crisis in a way that I thought was important.
Sorry it took me so long to respond. I hadn't seen the comment.

This is a hard task to do as most of us are in our mid 20s. Babies can't talk, older people tend not to unless you're blood.
