Have an animal complete a task. The animal actually has to complete the task - you can't just take pictures of your cat next to some tasking objects and then tell a story about the cat doing the task. You can provide the animal with a setup, but the action of the tasking itself has to be legitimately done by the animal.

If you had a dog, walk would be fun.
depending on the dog,
it could be more fun for the dog than for the person
who says that the person has to go along for the 25 mile walk?
most ordinances on the subject, at least in cities.
although in fairness
most only specify that the animal be leashed
and not that anyone be necessarily in charge of the leash.
Hm.
I know some cats that like to roll dice...
perhaps they could be persuaded to task, as well as just play RPGs.
