The only citizens of San Francisco more marginalized than the homeless are the city's pigeons. In addition to spiked ledges and the prohibition of feeding, the city's human landlords are waging a psychological war by placing fake owls (sworn enemies of pigeons) on top of buildings.
Strike back on behalf of your bird brethren by hunting these Owls - a "kill" means removing an owl from a roof. If you are strongly opposed to hunting, you may simply replace the owl (ideally with a fake pigeon, but the choice is yours) instead.

This has been one of my favorite tasks to talk about this last weekend. Every time I saw one I was thinking of new ways to destroy these owls. This task haunts me.
