Write a form, or series of questions that you distribute to friends, family and strangers. The form should allow you to understand their basic needs. Collect the forms that you have distributed (handing them out with a self-addressed and stamped envelope might be useful) and then create personalized aid packages for each person based on their responses to your questions/survey.
