Tasks / Restore Land To Its Not-Past

This task is retired.

Plans are being made for the (re-?) re - development of the man-made land-mass (and former military installation) known as Treasure Island. One aspect of such plans is the creation of wetlands on one corner of the island. This is the restoration of this artificial island to its not-past. Is such an action freed from flaccid nostalgia, and/or unburdened by the consequences of naturalist good intentions? Whatever the meaning of these wetlands (once simply "wet"), one project is too small a sample to decide, so we challenge you:

Choose a piece of land to Restore to its Not-Past.
