Before the popularization and standardization of sign language within the deaf commmunity, deaf households would make use of 'home signs'--hand gestures that were only comprehensible to the specific household in which they were used. They function as sort a of non-vocal, non-written code.
The task is for you and at least one other player to create your own set of home signs. Be creative and theatrical. Document your conversations with accompanying translations. Use the signs on other people and document their reaction.
