There definitely need to be more completions of this one.

Also, how do you award a 21-point vote?

It's odd that this task is worth 125 points while much more complicated tree based activities are only worth 45.

Not just more complicated, a superset of the same task!

Task scoring remains a dark art, which is something I've been thinking about. I used to think about it in terms of, "anyone who [sleeps in a tree] well enough not get disapproved deserves at least [125] points even if their documentation/etc is poor." But the game makes corollary a statement that's harder to defend, namely that, "anyone who could or would sleep in a tree might well be expected to reach at least 610 points." Breaking this relationship makes a lot of sense to fix this issue, but - in my opinion - this should only be done in the context of other changes devised to stimulate and maintain drive.

By being level 8

AND

By being around when the value of votes were directly related to your level, starting at 1 and increasing following a Fibonacci sequence.

I think I want to organize an AKO slumber party.. in trees.
There aren't many trees worth sleeping in in Alaska, this will be difficult. What am I thinking?

I done slept in a tree. At 7pm I went and did some recon on a tree up in the Oakland Hills. It's on Buena Vista at a pretty big intersection. I found that it would be a VERY tight fit for a man of 5'7" and 210 lbs, but I was undeterred. At 1am I ...
