I like it, but I don't have the task. Maybe someone else can help here? There are so many nice and intelligent people playing this game, I'm sure someone will help.
I wouldn't - not because he doesn't amuse me, which he does; I just tend to disagree with his policies on many of the important issues.
But no matter how you feel about the man responsible, this is a good task and ought to be approved.
This just seems so counter to our natural instincts here. :)

ok so now im confused? actively seek out a law and obey it? surely we do that all the time in our daily lives? (well most of the time) i know there are any number of obscure laws which could possibly be very entertaining but alot of thos obscure laws are only urban myths and to follow them usually results in arrest (i speak from experience) could someone please give me an example so i could get to better grips with this?

Most of the time I passively follow the laws. This task is asking for a greater commitment.

I bumped this up to Level 2, not because of a difficulty, but because we need to make sure players "get it" before giving this a try.
You seem to see a lot of benefit for Africa in many tasks.
He went around planning what tasks would be good to do while in Africa before going there. Look at his praxes and you'll see some of the results!
so... one should document ones self doing things like waiting for green lights and walking in cross walks?
im a little confused on how one would complete this task...
