Buy or create a cat costume.
Call a local cat/pet psychologist.
Arrange an appointment.

Variations of this task may include but are not limited to:
1) a family or group of roommates with a "problem cat" in need of an in-house call. In this situation the "cat" would not necessarily speak for itself, but simply do "cat things".
2) a single person, calls seemingly on behalf of their cat, and arranges an appointment saying, they will "send their cat in". The player arrives, alone, in the cat costume, and lies back on a couch wishing to discuss typical psychology issues.
