Ethereal Cartography by HKEY_Current _User

INSTRUCTIONS: Make a map of something that does not exist physically.

First, I include my preliminary planning on the subject, which you might see as a sort of map in of itself. Since I was pre-planning, the things did not exist physically. Yet.

Next, I have my map of the future based on a website I found. I wanted to squeeze in a lot more stuff, but it was too small. Should've made a logarithmic map. The proof uploader doesn't accept it as is (it's in SVG format) so I generated a raster image. I tried to get fractional pixel accuracy, but I give my possible margin of error within +/- 2 pixels.

If anyone wants the SVG, I can upload it to my website. (Shameless plug.) I don't think it would have this nasty black background, for example.

I was not quite satisfied with my map of time, so I planned some more out later that night. Here's the scans.

Then, I finally tried making a map of my NaNoWriMo novel to date, but it was also boring, so I drew some pictures.main_wrimo70723.png I didn't draw many pictures, because I need to get up in the morning, and it was getting late. I believe I might scan this in again later, when I add more pictures to the sheet. But, I think I'm pretty much done with this thing.main_nanosketch70729.jpg

A Brief Map of Time

A Brief Map of Time

Created using historyoftheuniverse.com, if I remember the URI correctly. I can not attest to the complete accuracy of this page, I can only say that it is what I have used. Do not use this map for anything important, like writing a term paper or navigating the vast expanses of time. You should use a professional map for those things.

Some statistics regarding my novel (a map)

Some statistics regarding my novel (a map)

There is a low level of reality, and a high level of the opposite, with some reality perverted from itself not quite enough to be considered completely unreal, yet decidedly not real.

map of plans

map of plans

Mainly preplanning, but also some WriMo math.

A map of the future...

A map of the future...

Or of literary predictions of it.

A map of the past based on importance/reach, and a map of my mind

A map of the past based on importance/reach, and a map of my mind

I mean, really. Does porn truly occupy half of my mind?

A sketch of some plot elements so far (an abstract graphical map)

A sketch of some plot elements so far (an abstract graphical map)

There's a pizza delivery guy that I knew, jamming, a clockwork robot, and a guy trying to figure out what the hell "forward kinematics" means so he can do his job (programming).
