I love getting cards, so I thought it would be best to send a card to a stranger. My original plan was to close my eyes and pick an address from a phone book, however I didn't realize how difficult it would be without an actual phone book.
So, after becoming very frustrated with websites trying to get me to pay just to search for a random address, I instead looked up Nebraska (not really sure why, just seems like a nice state to send a card to) and zoomed in until I found a random house. So to this address on Deer lane I sent the following card, included is a $10 gift card to Walmart. I hope it makes their day better :)
Also, for some reason I think this card is hilarious and I always buy a several to have on hand for friends who are having a bad day.

That is an awesome way to pick a random address!
The last time I was sending letters to strangers, I googled for senior citizen residences, and then used online reverse lookup to find people who lived there. My theory was that senior citizens would be more likely to write back compared to a random person.
