Lust - Bex - Last time I had an EEG, I tried to think dirty thoughts to see if my readouts could make the labteck nurse guy blush. Heh. Kristina's vibrating bed made this easy. That and the pedicure/foot massage from Minch!
Gluttony - Loki - Cookies in mah face! IN MAH FACE!
Greed - Zemaluco - Ate the pizza without paying. Yep, didn't even tell anyone. Punk.
Sloth - KristinawithaK - Forbidden to rise unassisted (remember, fall risk?) she has done her best, for days now, to reduce herself to a slothy pile of sloth.
Wrath - Minch - Had been sassed most of the evening by Zemaluco, wrath was coming naturally. sorry Burn Unit, this one didn't have a bath component... I'll make up for that later
Envy - Jeremy Cezanne - He wanted to be Lust. He envied Bex's dibs and Loki's cookies both. (Was also wearing a "horny" t-shirt, mind you...)
Pride - Lo-teck - Luckily, when Lowteck entered the room and we told him our plan he immediately said something like "You're damn right we should... you know I was the one that created that task for SNIDE... my tasks are pretty great." and pride was taken care of within seconds.
lowteck would like to point out that those were not his exact words. I'm not that conceited

In the end there was a lot of crossover of sins. And I think all would agree, the particular mischievous thrill of turning an innocent hospital room into a den of sin (in front of surveillance cameras!) was second only to turning St. Francis Unitarian Sunday School room 305 into a den of sin back in '94. Or maybe thats just Bex...

Serviced by a young man-nurse, Kristina slyly places a hand on Bex's thigh and practices both lust and sloth. Bex, reclining to gorge straight from the pizza box and enjoying her pedicure a little too much, practices gluttony and sloth and lust. Minch practices pride, painting toenails to her proud specifications.

Will the nurses ask Kristina about the bedpan with brownish liquid in the bottom? Will they just scold her and force her to explain that her friends were drinking whiskey from it? Or will they just clean it up without a word?
To sin and seizures!
Though not technically a deadly sin, shots of whiskey from medicine cups in the poor girl's hospital room can feel gleefully sinful.

I did indeed. It was in the original SNIDE praxis. It was the only one I personally created before I left the group.
woah, not only do we have pride, but a little false pride it would seem.... maybe some greedy pride we hadn't detected prior... Lowteck never mentioned task creation collaborators...
i definitely came up with it during jury duty. i remember that clearly. i can find the specific date if it matters when i return home, since i am a thorough record keeper.
if you came up with it before i did, would that make my pride, false pride. if so does false pride count?

i checked my jury duty notes. i definitely came up with the idea while serving my civic duty in september '07. it was roughly 3 weeks after ben joined snide. i don't believe it to be the case, but i have to concede the possibility that my pride may indeed be false pride.
oh i think false pride still counts... maybe even more so.
