June 6th, 2007 4:21 PM

INSTRUCTIONS: Invent a new word, come up with a realistic sounding meaning.

Use the word in common everyday sentences; define for those who inquire.

Task is complete when someone else starts using your word.

Adorkable
|əˈdôrkəbəl|
adjective
inspiring great affection; delightful; charming; but in a nerdy way : she looked just adorkable | I have four adorkable SFØ friends.

2)

• of extraordinary lameness : I lost my girlfriend, my house, my car, and the #1 spot on SFØ; this day has been lametastictic!
2 informal extraordinarily uncool disinteresting : your support has been lametastic.

3)
Fantesticle
|fanˈtestikəl|
adjective causing great surprise or wonder in a sexual manner; astonishingly sexy : that chick is smoking; Fantesticle | it is fantesticle how short your skirt is. • informal startlingly impressive penis: she makes the most fantesticle cakes.

4)
Inventedish
|inˈvented i sh| verb [ trans. ] create or design (something that has existed before); be the second originator of : he inventedish the word scarefied. • make up (an idea, name, story, etc.) for a second time, esp. so as to deceive : I did not have to invent any tales about my past.

those spiders scareify me, but the fact that they are in his mouth is somehow fantesticle.. creepy huh?

I'm pretty lametastic for incorporating your lametastic words into this fantesticle comment.

*barf*

Hey you voted for them…

Besides you just fulfilled the requirement of having someone else using the words

Sorry to be lametastic, but "scareify" has already been coined. It was used in a play call Act a Lady by Jordan Harrison, and I have used it personally since hearing it in said play.

But for fantesticle, you get a vote.

You see…

That is why I put in more then one because I have a hard time distinguishing between words I coined and ones I just picked up…
I tag tastic on to almost everything

So how is that Cheeseburger Shalàhco?
Cheeseburgertastic

However… its that damned collective unconscious too…
see I figure if you coin a word that you have never heard but already exists you invented it too… you just did not invent it first!

Hahaha

'erific' works too. I like asserific. A lot of things these days are asserific... it's not the same as asstastic, which always sounds like so much more fun...
