Philosophical bullshit aside, Aristotle had a good point; people lie. With their clothes, their hair, their music, their smile--everything. What you see is what you get, assuming we live in Utopia.
In short, it doesn't work that way. Ever. And Aristotle made a very valid point by saying that art represents intrinsic aspects of life rather than the facade that everyone crafts so very carefully (which could be an art in itself, but I'm not going there at the moment).
So for this task, I offer up an example of my personal artwork, which I think will serve better than any photograph ever could.
