The Gift Of Task by Lank

June 6th, 2007 9:53 PM

INSTRUCTIONS: Make a task for a specific person to complete. Give it to him/her as a gift. Your task must be generic enough such that anyone can complete it.

I have created the task below as a gift for my curiously good friend C.M. the Gonzalez, because he is a Martian and he needs to do more tasks! I am presenting his task to him via e-mail.

Tasks / UFO's Among Us

Take a photo of an Unidentified Flying Object in a public place. The object should definitely be unidentifiable. For the sake of authenticity, please make sure to get a person in your photo. See the picture below for an example.

How do I sign up for this task?

How about...

Since there don't seem to be rules about you completing the gifted task, and since there's no guarantee that the gifted task will matriculate into "real" taskhood, I suggest this:

Complete the task. I will then add you as a collaborator here and you can post your proof here. But if the gifted task actually becomes "real", then you can post your proof there instead. How does that sound?

I hope that one makes it through to being a real task
