50 people (well, 48 people, a cat and a ferret) all flossing together! Across time and space! Bringing cities and nations together with thin waxy fibers! We are all intertwined by our love for each other, the game, and dental hygiene.
See how all of us share one amazingly long piece of floss!
This was certainly an Epic Collaboration, but the lion's share of the work was accomplished by Lank (coordinating and cajoling), anna one (inspiration and integration), and Burn Unit, who is responsible for providing nearly 1/3 of the photos below!

From Burn Unit: When Lank sent the invite I felt I needed something more than just me or some players I know. I wanted to challenge myself a little bit. Most of the Minnesota players, myself included, are pretty heavily involved in Convergence, a yearly con in Minneapolis (several of us help build and run connie's space lounge--here's some pictures and more pictures). This much-beloved event draws a fervent and growing attendance base of atavistic crazies, most of whom I consider either friends, good acquaintances, or people worth knowing. So I decided to go talk to these various friends and floss with them, in the style Lank suggested. I just walked around and asked people for their picture. It became so easy to ask people to floss for the camera--"Hey Green Arrow, great costume! can I get your picture? But you gotta floss, okay?" The Klingon is one of these fen, a member of the up to five Klingon "ships' companies" that visit Convergence every year. I'm thinking of starting my own collection of floss photos, just on the basis of how fun and easy it is to ask people to floss. My favorite is probably the woman I call raver bride. You can't quite make out the dress in the closeup used for this completion, but she's the one with the glowy blue bracelet. She got married at Convergence so that photo is taken on her wedding night--as I've said elsewhere: Raver Bride For the Win.

Killer tomato
As mentioned in the comments below, there was a killer tomato among the CONvergence pix. Somehow that got lost in the shuffle--perhaps not sent to Lank by Burn Unit? not sure. Here it is though.

I did masquerade as Rubin, though I guess technically photoshop or something like it played a big role in making this happen, stitching all the photos together.
BUT, I think anyone who was taken in should leave their comments intact (I'm lookin at you , S P A R, restore the bitchin, it's funny!)
BTW, that face partially obscured behind the killer tomato's left shoulder is none other than OliverX, whose presence haunts our tasks to this day...
