Alright.

This task has quite some significance to me, as I started this project as a hobby, and when my friend saw this creative idea, he recommended me SF0.

The inspiration came to me with a mixture of alcohol and MSN. One day, I saw Tom's MSN display picture, which portrayed a self-photo of a surprised face. Another friend, Richard, also saw Tom's MSN display picture, and decided to imitate him and took a self-photo of a surprised face as well. Then, coming back from a party, having had a little too much alcohol, I remembered Tom's picture and also took a self-photo of a surprised face. Then it hit me, why don't I collect all the surprised faces I could, from all the people I know, and with it, create a picture of mass destruction?

I set myself a goal - 200 pictures. That would be necessary to create the giant pixellated picture which I had envisioned. However, due to a very enthusiastic response, I had obtained more than 250 pictures, and thus, was able to create the picture attached. After about 100 photos, I set up a facebook group, to collect even more photos from kind people around the world. All photos were obtained over a two month period, and over international borders, as I travelled in this period, and contacted my overseas friends to donate their pictures to me.
