It's Good To Sit On The Floor Here by steve rules, kristin gish

INSTRUCTIONS: It's good to sit on the floor here.

Here, There & Anywhere, Sometimes.

One time a girl looked at a boy and she said to this boy: 'Wow that was a big burrito. Would you fancy a walk?". This boy looked at her and decided that yes; he might in fact like a walk quite much. They decided to drive home from the restaurant and on the way the girl looked at the boy once more, a look of excitement on her face and said "Let's go to IKEA!" an idea that at first did not seem to thrill this boy and the girl explained, "We can get hallah bread and Swedish jam!' which after careful consideration the boy decided may possibly be fun.

So they parked their car and began their walk. They watched escalators and people and made their way through the various floors, the girl reaching for things she didn't need and the boy reminding her that her desires were only impulse. They held hands and continued step by step finally feeling the need for rest.

At this point the boy looked at the girl and he said to her: "Would you like to sit?" to which she replied "Why, of course." They briefly considered their various options: sofa or loveseat, vinyl or leather and finally the boy walked to the next showroom, found two pillows and sat on the floor. The girl thought to herself that this wasn't such a bad idea and she sat down next to him.

051020080932dsc52633.jpgPeople slowly passed with curious faces and wandering feet and the boy and girl sat on that floor with those pillows, smiling at each other. At that moment a thought occurred to the girl which prompted her mouth to open and she looked at this boy smiling and said "It's good to sit on the floor here."
051020080932dsc52624.jpgIt's great to sit on the floor, drinking tea and watching TV. This particular show was of excellent quality, with an in-depth analysis of modern living and a bevy of interesting celebrities. Oh yeah and the tea was good (though, like the show, imaginary). I give it a 10/10.
051020080932dsc52636.jpgIt's good to sit on the floor on this neat rug, although the cow would disagree. If you look carefully in the mirror, on the right you can see my camera. I think this is a cool picture so I give it a 8/10.
051020080932dsc52638.jpgIt's... not so good to sit on the floor in the bathroom. I know that this particular shower has never and will never be used, but it was still mildly disconcerting. I give it a 3/10.
051020080932dsc52634.jpgIt's not good for plants to be on the floor in the garage, and the concrete makes this a slightly unpleasant place to sit. I give it a 5/10.
051020080932dsc52629.jpgIt's okay to sit on the floor outside IKEA. It was late and cold so conditions were hardly ideal. I give it a 3/10.

Cold and wet and the end. 1/10.

Fantastic. I love Ikea but the nearest one is North London so I never get to go.

oooh. i like how it's a story.

I feel like I ought to buy something that defines me as a person now.

i have to tell you that you've just shared with me something i hadnt seen before

steve and i want you to know though.. that we would not yell at the customers such as Mark would.

Maybe we'd construct signs that would read 'Kristin & Steve: Living Space'.

terribly cute, and awesome. I've always wanted to live in an Ikea myself, or sit like manequins and creep people out. Well played!
