The highest poin of my city (Bergamo, Italy) is the S. Vigilio Castle: the castle, located on the beginning of the Orobian Alps dominates all the Padana plain.
As you may see in the picture (to the left, try to enlarge a bit), the castle has a relay pole on top (you may see the white dish), so this pole is the highest place in the city!
