Fruit Invasion by Gertrude Gardener
November 28th, 2010 1:34 PM
I heard from Rongo Rongo that Kate Saturday had requested watermelon scaling a building. Rongo wanted to do it, but she couldn't figure out how to manage the feat without the risk someone getting hit by a falling watermelon. Luckily for everyone, octopodes are excellent problem solvers and masters of disguise.
Obviously, the solution here was raisins. Sneaky raisins, disguised as watermelons. The classic Trojan Horse scheme, but with fruit. Because it wouldn't really be a problem if someone got hit on the head by a falling raisin.

Glad you enjoyed it! Riding herd on a group of raisins was tricky, but having eight legs does help.
