That's because I'm an idiot. I took the picture today. I always forget to set that stupid calendar. Besides, who would be at work on 1/1?
set my calender to the future then when I upload my pictures to flickr it says I took them

I am happy to vote for this one, now that the "calender issue" has been resolved. I withheld thinking this may have been retroactive, but since it isn't, I support it! I like that you didn't explain why you were doing this.
