Everyday Life by Stark, Henry, Blue Tulip, EchHeck

INSTRUCTIONS: Don't go to work. Don't go to school.

Plunged into Sunday entire, did not
    spend
    travel
buy. Instead, found necessities—work, play, and everything else—waiting for us— laundry cooking cleaning rearranging struggle sport sustenance infrastructure the smell of cut grass rest sunlight cloud the sway of a hammock the voice of victory over radio the taste of fresh vegetables—all waiting. And rewarded us in finding them. No one took anything from us that day, no one fought with us, no one stood before us. Just us, just quiet us, engaged, pursuing, pursued.

- smaller

the stars were made for you

the stars were made for you

and you are made for the stars

climb

climb

to the (extra)ordinary

where it is decided

where it is decided

where we coalesce

we emerge from light into less light

we emerge from light into less light

when the unexpected Thing is there with us, we no longer are in the expected Country, but a new place. even the simplest alteration—hair, bare feet, a bed turned upside down—outlines a new map, if your eyes and hands are new. even the worn down tracks pressed into earth by ancient feet are just so much new ground to the young.

spend a day barefoot

spend a day barefoot

spend a lifetime--feel the whole thing changing, every corner a border, all skin undiscovered territory, every moment endless

Your stars and sun shaped light are lovely. And your praxis captures the beauty of everyday life that is always waiting for anyone to discover.

Where am I? Out in the aforementioned hammock?

I know!

I know, it's like you were avoiding having your picture taken every time! You note I mention the fresh cut grass...

It was our everyday life, though. So you can edit this if you want to!
