Time (and medical attention) Heals All Wounds by rongo rongo

So, you all have risked life and limb completing a number of dangerous tasks, and have collected various battle scars from some mishaps along the way. This, however, is not a write up of an exciting injury acquired during some death defying performance. This is the record of possibly the most ridiculous way ever of getting injured.
Extreme meditation. And no, I didn't levitate up so fast that I hit my head on the ceiling.
This is sure not exciting, and you may wish to stop reading now. But I believe this is the longest running injury documented so far, and knock on wood, I do not plan to obtain any more exciting injuries playing SF0.
December 8, 2007: Realized after completing the 5 hour relaxation task that I've strained my left wrist by holding still in a somewhat unnatural position. Hope that it goes away soon.
Unfortunately, I had done the relaxation as a lead-in to an anticipated period of stress in my life, centered around a project at work which will be beta tested in December and be deployed in January. Stress, for me, often manifests in wrist and jaw pain.
December 18, 2007: Square dancing. Wrist hurts during the turns at the end of promenades.
Interregnum: Enormously fun, not much wrist pain during tasking, but it is still noticeable.
January 20, 2008: Noticed this available task. Realize that it's been over a month and my wrist still hurts sporadically. Start taking notes for this task.
January 31, 2008: Note instances during the day when my wrist hurts. Picking up groceries. Picking up backpack. Sleeping.
February 2, 2008: Wrist hurts while walking and holding hands, getting dressed, trying to sleep.
Uh oh. Maybe it's time for the leeches, because it's been almost 2 months and apparently time has not fixed the problem. My current hypothesis is that stress is still manifesting as wrist pain. The main stressor has been a work project, which is scheduled to stop being crazy as of February 15. I resolve to try doing fun and relaxing things over the next two weeks, hoping to counteract the stress.
February 12, 2008: Decreasing stress by having more fun seems to be working (or maybe it's just the extra time). I've been spending time with friends, eating good food (not necessarily healthy food), and getting enough sleep. My work project, while still not going at all as planned, is at least nearly finished.
February 19, 2008: Cessation of work stress plus relaxation is not quickly fixing the wrist injury, but it does seem improved from last month. It is most noticeable when carrying groceries, getting dressed, and waking up in the morning.
February 28, 2008: Wrist still stiff right after waking up
March 11, 2008: Have not noticed any wrist twinging or pain during activities this week, although it still feels wrong if I rotate it a certain way. Nearly at the 3 month mark with this.
March 23, 2008: I declare myself healed, and make a mental note to stretch more before any future meditation efforts.

OK. I like your take. As you documented it in writing, which is completely acceptable. It's like you're fulfilling your LEWL trajectory. I had a very similar would, but decided against doing this task as it wasn't visible. So I applaud your completion.
