Teeth will be hard - I mean who (except me) carries their spare teeth around with them...
What about the tooth of a comb? Of a key? Of a saw?
Try it, see how the voting goes for you.
I think collecting a saw tooth from a stranger is a more difficult undertaking than you're giving it credit for.
However, if you interpret it as collecting a houndstooth jacket, I might look at you a little cross-eyed for.
How I treated non-literal teeth would depend in part on whether anyone had yet been better at it than you.
In case you mistook my earlier comment as snarky, what I meant was: try it, see how the voting goes for you.
If non-literal teeth are not viewed favorably, butcher begging might be necessary.
