Put a small piece of perishable food in someone's computer or just above ceiling tile situated in such a way that the fan will blow the eventual foul smell into the office/cubicle. Works best in companies with a Climate Of Fear and bullying management.
Best done when an employee is about to resign.
Document processes with any number of quickie photos showing placement of food/perishables/smelly thing. Give no proof of where in incident took place, leave no trail.
