Oh come on this task is totally worth breaking taboo for.
For those that get the reference, no explanation is necessary. For those that do not, no explanation is sufficiently brief.
Okay, I googled, and that RPG (if you are talking about Unknown Armies) looks really awesome. I think I've seen bits of it before but people were understandably possessive about such an awesome book (the player's guide or DM guide, I assume) so I didn't get to look at it closely.
It is among the greatest RPGs ever written.
(And people who have never played should at least consider avoiding the book, as one of the best ways to be introduced to the awesomeness therein is to try playing with no prior knowledge of the contents beyond the first section.)

Man. I had forgotten this existed.
Now I am commenting on it in the hopes that somebody else will think it's awesome and try a level zero.
Going to Burning Man makes this easy. Or camping.
