A pretired tasks page…
With a listing of the creators so you can sort and search by creator.
2.
I want overall stats…
Like graphs that show a players drive for score over a time line.
For example Lank's would look like this…

The update and submit proof page are starting to look the same… maybe one of those could have stats about a player… On second thought it would be better off on the individual player page
3.
Make it so I don't have to see this all the time(with out joining a group)

Little things
- Move the "Submit Proof" Button to the bottom of the preview page. ~or~ Add a submit proof button to the preview page and make the one on the player page red(IE change its class from butt to badbutt.
Submit Proof - The update link on the account page should link to the player page instead of back to the account page.
(Or is it programed like that in case of errors?) - When you forward a message it does not open it in a new window
(I am knit picking now I think) - Instead of that small message popping up whenever I want to delete a message Delete the message, "RE: "? Have one of those popup windows show up "Are you sure?"(Like when you delete a picture) That you can just enter key out. Have you ever tried to delete message in mass? Ugh… and then my inbox gets messy and when I want to find out exactly which romance novelist I am supposed to read for my dare(Oh forget about it) Then there is a Villain masquerade and I get a million messages and then everyone RE:s a million time(I am just ranting now feel free to stop paying attention)
It makes me feel like I am on Myspace
I am already paranoid about the 'time' I post a comment being visible…(Say a supervisor finds out about my internet addiction it gives him a way to track my slacking off)
Now this?!?! No, it's gotta go.
Or atleast be made visible only to friends and changed to a nice creepy GIF!
Like this on creepy eyes!

Please ignore all comments before The Vixen…

but first you have to acquire someone from every group(in my situation) to do so.
This suggestion has got me thinking. I like the idea of things being hidden and unlocked. How about instead of hierarchical levels, having lateral levels - like different rooms in a house. Each room has a number of different tasks in it, that once a certain number of points is reached a reward is unlocked. That reward could be a badge under your name, or a power like super vote , or a privilege like access to a new room. This idea is getting bigger and bigger in my head now! I think I'm going to have to re-do my own discussion page task in order to properly explain what I'm thinking.
As I am sure I will change mine later.
Glad to get you thinking little miss apricot.
It is almost as if… this is turning into some… some… kind of forum!
I like the possibility of gaining more than access to new tasks as you level up. The increase in vote strength for higher levels is a fine reward.
But, I have also greatly admired the simplicity of the SFØ strategy. There are no complex paths to take, or secrets or intrigue. There is only the Tasks, and that is where I think the focus should be.
Ah, you know… if I picked a group it would unlock so many tasks that I would hit level 8 in a week ostensibly killing the era.
you don't want me to be an era killer do you?
esp. since Glasnost is finally starting to live up to its name!
LONG LIVE GLASNOST!!!

I thought several people had to hit level 8 to end an era... like 6 or so.
it's 6x normal players or 1x Shålâhco, he's like the end of level boss.
Miss Tron you are so funny and sweet.
but seriously folks what do you think about…
More Super Sweet Secret abilities unlocked through Score
If anyone is an end level boss it is Lank
Everyones holding out there votes until everybody's in huh?
I am just going to have to cook something else up huh?
Back to the drawing board…
It's like an urban legend to me. I never read it. Maybe I missed it. I'll be the first to admit if I missed it. But I never heard it directly that that's why the era reset. It's like this notion that mushroomed.
and yeah, join a group. slacker.
I don't think that's why the first (mega-)era ended, but if I recall correctly it's part of the terms that Sean or someone else posted around the time of the reboot: The new eras would last 6 months or until 6(?) players got to level 8, whichever came first. I'll see if I can find a source to cite for that.

and it's 5 not 6, it turns out.
Seriously. (edited out myspace comment) At least it's not like facebook where every action you do is sent directly to the "news feed." Just watch, after the NSA spies on us for enough time, players will start mysteriously disappearing... or we'll all get arrested for vandalism, haha.
Hmm... that's not so funny once I think about it.
THE VIXEN IS ONLY A CHARACTER!!! YOU CAN STOP RECORDING MY EMAILS NOW! Thank you.
This is confusing, because your whole proof went away and all the comments up to today don't make a damn lick of sense.
I like the new feature: it's terrifying.
And vixen, calling it myspace? That's about a mile too far. Myspace is poop!
Dude, the only reason I was comparing it to myspace is because myspace also indicates whether you're online or not. Psh.
There, I changed it.
all we need now is profile comments and an mp3 player for profiles and we're there
One mile in a 1,000 mile journey?
I think Lowtech has it right…
And don't forget all the HACKS
"HOLLY FUCK FREE RINGTONES???"
i recommend (with their blessing of course), that we combine Sam, Sean, and Ian into one superhuman that can replace "Tom."
I'm not sure what his name would be. Perhaps "Samian Mahan". There's got to be a better name than that.
Hey Look you're online right now!!!!!!! Lets be BFF'S FFFFFF
I agree.... I feel dirty knowing you all can see when I'm online
When you´re looking at your own page is not particularly terrifying to read that you´re online now. And about someone else, I don´t find that it changes much other than for the annoyance factor.
Perhaps it could be terryfying or awe inspiring or something to be able to see the players lighting on when online at the player pages? Building interesting patterns? Making login/logout visual music?
But won't getting rid of the "online" beacon make it harder to use the IM feature?
Yes! Not everyone wants to get im'd. some of us like to hide. I don't want people to know when i'm on or how much i'm on. Plus since i leave my comp logged in, more often than not people will think i'm ignoring them when i'm not (/might not be)
Wait, am I just too slow to know when people are joking or.... what IM feature?
If your boss is looking at your sf0 profile, they already know you've been slacking off, the online thing doesn't help that.
I like it.
Cripes! Never imagined this would be a contentious issue, to be honest. This character asked for it, someone else seconded (admittedly, it never got to a "third"ing), and the code for it was already written but not active. So we decided to just turn it on and see what happened.
It doesn't particularly add much beyond a little more "realtime"ness, the myspace has been invoked, and arguably interbutt simultaneity is contra-SFZero, so we'll call it a day. Crudely laid-out timecards of certain players' activity will continue to be provided to employers and/or governments upon request, natch.
glasnost is dead long live glasnost
People prefer the boot! Better get back to work, Sean.
Ugh... I am left with such mixed feelings. I am going to go find something else to obsess over for a while.
Please don't ever IM me EVER!!! I'm on the computer enough as it is and if you have time to IM me, you also have time to call me....
not to my knowledge...I'm just saying in general...
no wonder you guys have been ignoring my pings
I approve the update. Graphs, more graphs!
Here you go, you can have second place with 9 votes. Beat out that jello fight shenanigans!
...
And explain to me how Lank is still ahead if his operating voltage has plateaued? I just don't get it. Is he just collecting residuals on old tasks via votes?
EDIT: yes, check this out.
And I mean... Lank, what are you cooking? Or is your idea of playing SFØ just sitting on your bum and voting until you've given back as much as you've received?
EDIT: good luck, you've still got 179 more votes to cast before your karma evens out (votes cast: 448 - votes recieved: 627)
Sometimes people just get busy with life.
Thats not how Karma works in my world but if it did…
votes cast: 579
votes recieved: 535
Looks like I am doing good!
Wow, Bandit-
I think you're right, I'm 105 votes off myself. Good point.
And I've got to say that the residuals built into my contract with SFØ far outweigh the residuals I receive from my contracts written by the WGA. Thanks SFØ Local 415 for getting it right the first time!
There already IS a way to propose a group, and you have enough points to do so: http://sf0.org/tasks/Trajectory-of-Desire/
