I'm the Sargeant at Arms for a theater company. Aside from being in charge of the weapons, this means that I run the meetings. Happens the first Sunday of every month, we had an extra one this last Sunday. I keep track of the meetings progress, what's happened so far, who's had their turn asking questions (to make sure no one gets left out). Sometimes they're little things like reminders in regards to how to arrange the speaking order, to making sure I don't schedule a platelet donation on the same day.

I take lots of notes.
