Mission: Mail a Penny*

Gummy bears must live in a world scaled for humans. Even a simple task like mailing a penny requires hard work and cooperation. The Red Team has volunteered for this mission.



The Red Team leader assesses the situation. He will need a team of elite climbers in order to obtain a penny.



The Red Team uses a state-of-the-art paperclip grappling hook system to climb the cup and obtain the penny.



The ascent is dangerous, but the climber is highly skilled and reaches the top safely.




The penny is pushed over the edge of the cup. Stand clear below!



Three members of the Red Team carry the penny across vast stretches of empty table, to a waiting envelope.



One bear holds the envelope open while two others push the penny inside.



This bear has drawn the short straw for the most unpleasant task in the entire mission. Remember, gummies are smaller than humans, so licking the flap of the envelope is the equivalent of licking 17 pairs of feet.



With the penny safely inside the envelope, the Red Team writes out the address. They initially considered using ink, but found they were unable to lift the pen. Fortunately, they found this pencil, that was sharpened down almost to a stub.



The Red Team was extremely thankful that the stamp was a sticker, and did not have to be licked.



With the envelope completely assembled, the clever Red Team slips their letter in with a stack of outgoing mail. The clueless human that lives here will never suspect a thing!
