A Daunting Task

The Red Team leader assesses the situation. First objective: obtain a penny. No easy feat for a bear of very small size. An elite climbing team would be required.

Preparing to Climb

Red Team's finest climbers assemble at the base. They will be using a state-of-the-art paperclip grappling hook to make their ascent.

Successful Climb

The brave Red soldier pulls himself to the top.

Target Object Acquired

The penny is pushed over the edge of the cup. Stand clear below!

To the Envelope!

Red Team hauls the penny across vast stretches of empty table to a waiting envelope.

Load the Penny

One bear holds the envelope open, while two others push the penny inside.

Lick Duty

This poor bear has drawn the short straw and is responsible for licking the envelope. Remember, gummies are smaller than humans, so licking the entire envelope flap would be like a human having to lick 17 pairs of sweaty feet.

Addressing the Letter

The gummy team initially considered addressing the envelope in ink, but found that they lacked the strength necessary to lift a pen. Fortunately they were able to find this pencil, sharpened down almost to a nub. It took four of them to lift it, and it took nearly an hour to write out the complete address.

Stamped

Thankfully, the stamp was a sticker, and no one was required to lick the back of it.

Sneaking the Envelope

The brave Red Team sneaks their letter into a stack of outgoing mail. The clueless human that lives in their house will never suspect.
