After the previous, failed attempt at this task, I decided to strike out on my own and attempt this task solo. Sorry Agent Harmon, but thems the breaks.

For my second attempt, I searched through my considerable collection random brick-a-brack until I found a combination LED whistle that I had been given some time ago. I took the whistle and some tape and went in search of a proper place of instillation. After some searching I decided to attach it to the railing of a fire escape on a nearby building. The fire escape went up four stories, so the light would be nice and high up and easy to see.

Despite this set back I bravely climbed up to the top of the fire escape and tape the whistle to the front of the railing. The light would stay on because the tape would push down on the button. After deciding I was able to take a look at my handwork - a small, occasionally flickering red dot of light four stories up. Unfortunately it was also impossible to photograph my handiwork, since the camera I was using couldn't pick it up. It is pretty visible to human eyes though. Hopefully it will lure people up there out of curiosity at which point they can enjoy the view from up there.
