One Cent by saille is planting praxis
August 24th, 2008 2:22 PM
Recently drawn into the game by a dear friend and sometimes co-inhabitant of the world Underhill who goes by the name of Robin, I decided to begin at the beginning. One point, one small gift, one first chance to consider the timescale of this culture compared to the lives of trees and faerie things. One little missive sent nigh-simultaneously by antiquated means and the wonders of current technology.
I do hope it was enough postage.

A finding.

A beginning.

An explanation.

A send-off.

eek! I hope not to disappoint. My anachronisms tend to be a bit scattered (I don't even have the discipline for a steampunk aesthetic!), but if I can't make them consistent, hopefully they will wind up thought-provoking or funny.

"For your thoughts": so many pennies mailed and never before that perfect line!
Wonderful, welcome.

This has a wonderful *something* that makes it very special, and endears it terribly to my heart. I am a fan.
Steel penny + typewriter = expectations of great praxis from you in the future.
