LOWTECK:
What a day that was! I set up a remote control sound board for easy installation:

We waited for people to sit and wait for the bus. Then we mobbed them and made them dance.
Highlights (watch the video):
- Some mysterious man with a big drill came by and completely destroyed the parking meters on both sides of two blocks.
- So many wonderful strangers dancing with us
- I pretended to fight with Orion in order to force people around us into the bus stop.
- While using the remote control from across the street, I managed to convince a group of teenagers that the setup was controlled by a motion detector.
- Rubin can dance!!
ANNA ONE (with links and comments from Shâlaco):
It was the day of Rubin. The zombies had already terrorized Union Square. A missive had notified a select group to amass at the corner of Haight and Fillmore. I arrived too early- first(1st). Soon a cluster of recognizable faces collected. Around the corner, Lowteck arrived bearing a mysterious device... within seconds it was installed inside the bus stop canopy. Poon for the Seafood installed the additional lighting. Remote in-hand, the collected conspirators meandered across the street to lay in wait. Soon the unsuspecting would be terrorized by our thumping beats and incredibly white dancing (I speak for myself.)

The original Rubin arrived, and with his presence there was much dancing and rejoicing. Limousines full of satiny women came and went, Koyâh (as he was then known) drank and forgot why Rubin zip-tied his shoes together(no no… I am pretty sure I remember I am just kind of ashamed and don't want to repeat myself here), a madman with a drill destroyed parking meters, p00n sat in some gum (Huzzah! I saw them!) and the dispersing crowd from the party next door joined us in our revelry. An awesome time was had by all.

I don't know that this was meant to be published yet…
I think someone accidently hit the publiish button(or just got point hungry)
I think Lowtech has a lot to add yet.
Last I heard it was supposed to be a month before this got published.
Just go here for more bizarre fun!!!
I hyperlinked the shit out of it…
say anna… does that embeded video work on your end cause i have tried it on multiple platforms to no avail!
SO MUCH FUN!!
the previous comments don't really make much sense now....
Beautiful. Every bus stop should do that.
Aaarg, I am such a fool! I signed up to do this task but ended up only making it out to the Union Square early stop. This looks awesome, I totally regret not finding a second wind of energy and participating. All the Zombie mobing wore me out, but I can see that I made a horrible mistake. You all rock. So well done. I just wish I could vote for you guys twice.
Great Job editing!!! Made me feel drunk and wanna dance all over again!!! PART TWO PART TWO!!!
Fair enough...PART THREE IT IS!!! Slow moe...when are you moving up here? Soon huh?
there were a few key differences between this and "part 1". the remote control, the mob, the board was completely set up (as much as possible) ahead of time, plenty of video documentation, and MUCH better foot traffic.
technically you could call the next one part 7 AT LEAST...
Strong work.
I especially love the girl in the video who comes back and starts dancing after having walked past.
Just want to add my personal favorite part. Partly for artistic reasons, and partly because we all added up to some pretty worn out, already drunk, chain-smoking recently-zombies, we generally didn't let the music go for more than a couple minutes at a time. One dancin' MUNI patron - waiting a good amount of time for her bus, natch - put us in place:
Hey, there's no resting in the club!
Oh man, I'd forgotten about her! She was awesome!
Can you guys describe what you did in text? How you organized it, etc.?
