Heater in the hearth-
I am a pyro, damn it!
I want my fireplace.


Why is the plate there?
I want my chandelier back,
crazy landlady.


Passer-bys must see
Gollum against the window.
No- he's not my child.


Why is the tripod
always in the living room?

Sticker on my set,
it's been there for many years,

Why the movie reel
now getting dusty, dirty
atop the bookshelf?


Visitors ask me
when they sit down on my bed,

I also keep a power adapter in my bed much to other peoples consternation. But, Mac girls sleep with thier Macs. It is known.

I think there's a real need for a book, an exhibition, something... "Portraits of Women Who Sleep With Their Laptops" I can see it at the National Portrait Gallery...
