I want one of those. Are there any reported health benefits to a few shots of whiskey a night?
Is that a serious question? Clearly scientists! are better, as they search for truth to the point of hardness.
Look, the tracings of my ears and three fingers when superimposed create the Statue of Liberty!
Or were you thinking about that "other body parts" part?
Collaboration is good.
Same thing happened to me. I thought about it, too. But then I was like, "naw, they retired that long ago." Damnit.
I was going to tell them to "Vote None of the Above."
And I love how one space is "intentionally left blank." You thought this out well, which is to say that you successfully didn't think it out well. Or something.
I like your allusions to gangsters. God knows the affiliates of politicians are much worse and just as dangerous. I would vote 'No confidence', but Richard Pryor told me to vote 'None of the Above' so I must honor him.
But in reality I voted independent, green, and libertarian, so no matter who got in office, I could say I didn't vote for them. Unless of course everyone else voted for Nader, which I could see they didn't.
I spent several years trying to teach myself Japanese, and the best things I've found are Tae Kim's Grammar Guide and SRSes (Spaced Repetition Software). The former has a lot of in depth grammar stuff. While you're learning the grammar, it helps to add sentences to the SRS. If you can kind of lexically deconstruct them based solely on grammar (without knowing what all the words mean), then I guess that's progress.
I still don't know Japanese that good, though.

Okay, I think I could probably try to draw some of what I remember seeing, but it'll be pretty rough. Alternatively, I think I could photographically demonstrate the process of reality checks.
