I especially appreciate how inflating the duck after getting on the bus made it evident you were making this more difficult for no obvious reason, and how giving out little ducks made the whole thing participatory silliness and further brightened folks' day. yay.

I can't actually decide if it would have been easier or harder to bring the duck pre-inflated, but I did think that inflating it during the trip would be more entertaining. We were trying to estimate how many puffs it would take to reach inflation, but I don't think anyone tried to count.
