Ladies and gentlemen and everyone else!
May I present:
The original Ukrainian Commemorative Spoon
Acquired in Ukraine, a country I have never been to. A souvenir of a voyage that is not mine.
Brought to me by a friend without entering the country.
The memory is not mine, but by a friend who did not want to keep it: E managed to attempt a visit to the 2011 Internacia Junulara Kongreso in Ukraine. E passed the border controls in hir home country just fine, looking forward to a week of language learning. Arriving in Київ the local border guards discovered for hem that e was not in possession of a passport, apparently a mandatory entry requirement for that country. E was then detained for two days in a small room of the airport, before being sent back on a free seat of the same airline.

I argue that it is E who created the souvenir (fr: memory) by hir experience. It is not only the artifact that can be created.

So am I, but there will be another time.
Interesting story. However, you did not create it! You acquired it from E, who in turn had not ever visited Ukraine, but who also did not create it. Since it is only 15 pts, and it is a good story, I think it is worth the stretching of the rules, though.
