On behalf of the SF0 commission on senatorial debates, I'm pleased to announce that the first senate debate of the era has been scheduled.
The debate will be held on
12:00:00 Saturday June 19, 2010 Pacific
19:00:00 Saturday June 19, 2010 UTC
The debate will be conducted via skype chat, and an audio recording will be posted following the event. The exact format is yet to be determined, but will be announced prior to the event.
In preparation, we would like to solicit questions (and general topics of interest) from audience members. All matters, serious and absurd (as well as matters serious and absurd) are fair game.
Questions can be submitted in several ways:
1. By posting a comment in response to this event.
2. By sending them to loki, either through the sf0 mail or at loki.sf0@gmail.com
3. Best of all, by recording an audio clip and sending it to loki.sf0@gmail.com
It's not yet clear whether we'll be able to accommodate a live audience via skype. If you want to be included should that prove reliable, drop by the sf0 chat room before the event. Message loki.sf0 on skype to be added to the ongoing chat room.
