The easiest and most effective way of raising funds and supplies to obtain your goals is to trick others into giving it to you. However, It takes years of practice and an exceptionally high Charisma roll to become a successful con artist. Since it is easier to scam someone who knows and likes you, (hopefully you will have the forethought not to divulge the extent of you evil nature to those you are befriending), I recommend accosting yourself and extorting your "loved ones" for whatever it is you may need to accomplish your end, nefarious deed.

Snidely goes on in great length detailing methods and techniques of self-abduction, I wont bore you with the details. The point is, whether you agree with Mr. McEvil's ethics or not, the man has a point. Whatever you Faction or goals are you need stuff.

Solicit the help of able accomplices and fake your own kidnapping. Ransom yourself. You must stay incommunicado from your marks until the ransom has been met.
