Find a lying ass billboard, crooked as the letter s.
Kidnap it and bring it home.
Tie it to a chair and beat it or put cigarettes out on its face until it finally tells the truth.
Return the truth telling billboard to its original place.
If hauling the billboard to your home is too difficult you can always just use other techniques of making a billboard advertise the truth, but you are on your own legally, of course.
