Supposedly, at 5:00pm at the corner of Jones and California, there is some major wind. So much so, that I was informed at no matter what temperature you were at, you cannot even breath at 5pm on Jones and California. That the wind is so strong, that if you had wings, you would be picked up and carried away.
Go to Jones and California at 5:00pm with a kite and see if the theory is true. Document with Photos or Video. Although it's not required to have friends of SF0 working with you, it's suggested for the sheer fun.
Go fly a kite.
