Tasks / Blockbuster Contextualization

Choose a movie that was filmed before you were born, and place a note in the video box at your local video rental store. This note should evoke (not simply describe) daily life at the time the movie was made.
For example, research how much soap, a radio, a car, and a house cost when Star Wars (1977) was filmed. Or write a letter from your 1940's self to a friend, recommending Citizen Kane (1941).
